Rick Fonseca has been a certified building designer since 2000(44-441 NCBDC) Originally from New York City area, Rick holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture. Rick relocated to Houston in 1979. Having resided in New York city since childhood Rick's passion has always been for the Art Deco & Mediterranean style Architecture. The Chrysler building is one of Rick's favorite Art Deco style Architecture. Historians and Architects consider the Chrysler building as one the finest of New York City.

Alvaro Espinal has been a licensed architect in the State of Texas since 2005 (TBAE#: 19026). Originally from the Chicago area, Alvaro relocated to Houston 1998 and received a Master of Architecture degree from Texas A&M University in 2000.
Having resided in Oak Park, Illinois, surrounded by the great architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright, and having lived in a classic Chicago-style bungalow, Alvaro fell in love with residences that possess character and soul.
